Full day of interviewing. In group of around 10 other potential candidates. Low stress. A few technical exercises, a technical writing assessment, 3 individual interviews, team building exercise. Then they took us on a tour of the facility and went over benefits. Make sure you sharpen up on your group communication skills. You’ll be in a group of about six and must successfully communicate to pass the activity

Horrible teaming environment, the whole interview process is broken. Don’t waste your time with these clowns, especially if you’re relocating. They will test you all day with other candidates in a group setting, their motto is teaming which means there is no management, everyone is on the same level and can fire you in a majority vote.
