J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez GE Aerospace (Cheltenham, Angleterre) en févr. 2015
Entretien
Three seniors asking a few questions which were not taxing or detailed. Not a good way to interview have had much tougher interviews in the past, They didn't really seem to know what they were looking for,
The process was structured and professional. It began with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by a technical phone interview focusing on data structures and algorithms. The final stage was a virtual "on-site" consisting of four rounds: two coding sessions (LeetCode medium/hard), one system design discussion, and a behavioral interview with the hiring manager. The recruiters were communicative throughout the two-week period.

Interviewer definitely not friendly. Knowing I'm working in government field. They want to know more about my work which they should have known I cannot discuss my clearance work in specific.
