All of the questions were behavioral - they want to know how you work with others, how you react to obstacles, etc. It was one round of interviews and was conducted online.

Question 1
When was a time you were given feedback you didn't expect?
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez GE Aerospace (Houghton, MI) en mars 2011

I had worked on test equipment in a past co-op and that was really my in on getting an interview. They have a minimum of a 3.0 gpa so be sure your grades are good or you will not be considered. You start out the interview just learning about the the company and how the Houghton UDC works. This lasts about an hour. Then there is a technical part of your interview where they have you do circuit problems, op-amps, and etc. (This is for EE's don't know what it is like for ME's) Make sure you are prepared for that. If you don't know just tell them as much as you can about the circuit. Study for it like you are going to be taking a test the next day. It is a pretty serious interview compared to other ones I have had. No questions on your personalty or what you do for fun. They get right down to what you know and what experience you have had.

Question 1
What is the voltage across this resistor? What is the power dissipated?
A campus recruiter conducted a 30 minute interview and asked several behavioral questions. There were several scenario questions and some questions regarding strengths and weaknesses. Overall I would say the interview process was very quick and efficient process.

Question 1
Give me a time where you took a risk and failed? What did you learn from it?
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez GE Aerospace en oct. 2019

30-45 minutes interview, two interviewers with engineering backgrounds. A lot more questions than expected but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall experience was slightly above average, the interviewers were very nice and friendly. However, I felt the interview process was a bit dry, mostly questions after questions (since 30 min is not a lot for all those questions). Not really like an engaging conversation compared to my other interviews.
