The interview process was very straightforward and simplistic, initially a phonemail with the recruitment team discussing usual things but also initiating that conversation and more so personality traits. then followed up by a zoom interview with the department manager who was fantastic.

Short interview and then a week long training. If you read a script out loudly you’d get the job, if not, they would release people. A good experience though for those in their first or second sales role

Get to know you style interview that was more focussed on past experience and how pst skills are transferable. Great detail into the position and culture of the company. Followed by questions of why you would be a good fit for the role and what you can bring to the company.
