They don’t interview you at all. If you live outside of Portland, You send your resume, they run your background check and ask when you can start. That’s literally it and you need zero experience.

The interview and interviewer was low key and pleasant. He was pleased that I showed up early. I was very happy to hear that the job was structured and timed and that I would be working with other people.
He was pleased that I had experience in this field and that my training would be cut to minimum.
He explained that there were benefits including 401k which sounded great.
