Interview was pretty surface level, an intern took the interview, no 2 way communication just ok, good, perfect and then move on to the next question, they called me another person's name during the interview and had a third different name in the acceptance letter lol.

How would you conduct interviews how would the interview process look like?
Phone screening, and giving an offer letter immediately, asked about background and work experience, and any other previous internship experience in the field. Did not seem very interested in background information.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
