Was asked a few questions related to HR and my previous experience. I was also asked a few scenario-based questions. A few regular interview questions like what do you know about us, etc were asked too. Overall it was a smooth and go-with-the-flow kind of interview.
Phone screening, and giving an offer letter immediately, asked about background and work experience, and any other previous internship experience in the field. Did not seem very interested in background information.
The process involved an online application, followed by a virtual interview focusing on communication skills, role clarity, and availability. It was simple and well-organized.The discussion focused on basic role understanding, communication skills, availability, and willingness to learn rather than technical depth. Overall, the process was straightforward and transparent.
