I interviewed at the National Black MBA Conference for an LDP intern position. The interviewer seemed uninterested, perhaps it was because I was his first interviewee of the day. Throughout the interview, the interviewer's cell phone was on the table in front of us, not on mute. This led to his phone going off 3+ times with various notifications. His interviewing style was unstructured and even mentioned he's supposed to be following a prompt but he's done it so much he doesn't need one. He was leaned back in his chair with his legs crossed. Respect your interviewees and their time. It takes two in this interview process.

On campus recruiting followed by several rounds of screening, a team case study and presentation. They went all out for the on campus sell experience, which included a sell weekend in Napa.
