J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez GALLO (Hayward, CA) en juin 2019
Entretien
I had an over the phone interview which went really well and I then moved on to an in person interview in Hayward. The people in the office were friendly, but then woman who interviewed me was late and seemingly forgot about the interview. She made me feel super uncomfortable because she would ask a question with a smile and then as I gave the answer she became a different person- I know you’re being judged during an interview- but it shouldn’t feel like it. I felt like she was Regina George asking why I’m good enough to sit at their table. It made it hard to interview with her. Besides that, she asked me to give examples on when I’ve turned a no into a yes.... honestly I’m all about consent and if someone doesn’t want something I’m not going to force it on them... I left that interview just glad it was over and not caring whether I got the job or not since it didn’t feel right for me.
