I met with a recruiter at my university career fair. I was offered a one-on-one interview the following day. The interview was very conversational and the recruiter was definitely assessing my skill set as well as my cultural fit within the company. I am still currently in the interview process and have made it through the first round of interviews successfully! There are three rounds of interviews...fingers crossed!
