Telephone screening interview for a Supervisor position. They contacted me 45 days after my online application. They did a great job describing the job, compensation package and expectations.

All questions were standard interview questions. Provide examples of how you have improved safety? Do you have experience managing in a union environment? Why should we select you for the position. I was not selected for the position. I was overqualified due to previous experience managed 10 times the amount of people.
