The whole interview took no more than 30 minutes, was quite easy with common sense questions and about general experience regarding good practice in customer service. At the end they asked me to write down approx 50 words about something. About 3-4 weeks later they said that my DBS came back clear and asked if I still want this job. Another 4 weeks took them to complete all my documents and now I'm ready to start a new job.
