Applied online, received a email about scheduling an interview. There was only one interview for the job. The interviewer was pretty relaxed and went through the motions of pretty much going over a checklist of questions. Asked about my history, work experience, expectations etc. One to two weeks of training at minimum wage, but you do become CPR certified, and you go to your full hourly wage after that.

Nothing too unexpected was asked. Asked about military, and employment history. A few "if this situation occurred, how would you handle it". Pretty straight forward and to the point on most things.
Easy interview process, got called to an interview and got a job offer on the spot, took a lengthy mental examination, and started my orientation the following week. The following week, I went to class with them to get my D license in order to start working.

I originally interview for a security manager position on a different contract that the one I'm on and it paid $16/hr. I was denied that position and then called by another G4S account manager for my current position and offered $20/hr for a non managerial position...All I have to say is Contracting...

Applied Online and Got A Call Back Maybe 2/3 Days. The Day Of My Interview, Literally an hour Before My Interview, The Called To Reschedule. The Day Of My Interview, They Were an Hour Late. The Actual Interview Itself Was Basically A Conversation. I Got Hired On The Spot. He Really Only Asked On Question.
