I interviewed some years ago. The process was divided into multiple steps. The first one was a written test with a series of questions and one final problem. The second step was a video interview with a senior quant in the team, while the final step was an on-site series of interviews.

The interview process was quite fast, I did an initial technical exam on math and coding, then had an another technical interview where they asked math, machine learning and programming question.
