J'ai passé un entretien chez Futuresource Consulting
Entretien
Applied through an agent and then was invited to a face to face interview which took much longer than I was told. 1+ hour interview and then Excel + writing tests. Interviewers and people were friendly. As long as you prepare well and got the skills you got the job

Entretien
Relatively relaxed interview followed by competency based questions. Asked about background and interests, experiences and then lots of cab you give me an example of type questions. Seemed like nice people

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Futuresource Consulting (Saint Albans, England)
Entretien
Went through a recruiter for this position - telephone screening with them before going to the assessment centre. Only four people attended so extremely small day, was highly unorganised with the organiser not in that day, started half an hour late and opted not to run the group exercise in the afternoon as they had 'seen enough to make a decision already'.
Extremely long tests taking almost three hours of the day which were wasted as when I asked for feedback on my performance on these, none was provided. The interviewers seemed nice but as reflected in other posts here, office was extremely quiet and dull with a few employees complaining about technical issues. There was also a surprise telephone exercise where you had to 'call' the company and convince them to hire you as a research analyst but this was very simple.
Overall the day seemed generally pointless and I did not receive any meaningful feedback as to why I was not offered the job which is unusual, especially with graduate position interviews where constructive feedback is the norm.
