I had one interview over the phone. Spoke with supervisor and higher management for about 30 minutes. I was explained in detail what the job entailed, how many hours I could work and the number of accounts. I was also given a chance to speak about my life and things going on. I had the opportunity to explain in detail what would likely prevent me from working my scheduled hours. Overall the experience was a good one.
