Everyone who interviews you basically warns you that if you don't fit in you're gone. I always thought that was a given with all jobs, yet when it's sort of laid out for you in an interview, it comes off as passive/aggressive. Yet what struck me most was that they have ZERO copywriters on a staff with more than 10 art directors and graphic and Web designers. Clearly an indication they don't respect writers. Very cult-like. Avoid.
