I had a telephone interview with one of the managers. I had been told by the agency that it was meant to be a relaxed friendly conversation, but it turned out to be the exact opposite. I was completely grilled on the phone and when they asked if i had any questions, they did not give proper answers to them! Overall a negative experience for me.
