Phone screening, followed by 2 thirty minute interviews with 2 of 3 depts in the sales division. The final round gives you a chance to shadow a current SDR, and meet with several VPs across the company and the CEO. This last stage really helped to give a better idea into how close and transparent the company truly is, and to get a better idea of how it functions as a whole.

I applied through a staffing agency (Atrium Staffing). I talked with 1 person on the phone, and then had a videochat interview with 2 people. I then came into the office, took a tour, shadowed someone for 30 minutes, and then interviewed with 3 different people.
