The interviewer didn't even spend a few minutes to take a look at the CV even just before the final round. Secondly, it was more like an interrogation instead of "interviewing". The interviewer treated it as a one-way communication. He came off put off when interviewee asked back some questions.
Please don't waste candidates' time (4 rounds) this much if you don't have real intention of hiring or due preparation. Please learn to respect candidates and their time.
