They scheduled a zoom interview with me over the phone a few days beforehand. When the day came, they did not send a Zoom invite over until the time of the interview. I thought they were not even going to show up. When I did log on, there were several people on the zoom interview and they informed me that they were actually hiring for other positions, and so there were other people on the call to interview for thoses positions as well. It felt very unplanned, uncomfortable, and choppy. They read questions off a piece of paper, had to stop often for the school announcements, and simply did not seem very engaged.
