I had a couple of short, easy phone interviews before they brought me in for the real interview process. It ended up being more of a conversation and chat than an interview. Very casual, easy, and lasted about 1-2 hours. Talked to about 4 people, and they asked the typical background questions. It was a little unnerving how easy it was.
