Both my screener interview, and in person interview were very conversational. They wanted to hear about my experience but also get to know me as a person and see if I could be coachable.

Had an initial talk with the owner of the company over google meetings; this ran about an hour and we went over the companies (history, values, etc) and the standard questions about myself/interest in the position/experience. I then had an in person meeting with two people from FSM (who I would hav reported to if I took the position); this took about an hour and a half, and covered more detail into the role, day-to-day, etc. Was asked more detailed questions about my experience.
