The questions asked are very standard. Nothing out of the ordinary--what are your strengths/weakness, what will you bring to the company ect. The people seem very nice and the staff is a blend of other financial aid employees from other schools such as Kaplan, Devry, ITT ect. The benefits are ok, after 6 months you get 1 wk vacation and after a year 2 wks and 5 sick days. The offer flex time and 1st shift schedules.

Called in for an Interview, Basic interview questions and explaining the job details. A couple weeks later got called in for work. They did not contact my references, no Drug test and they did do a personality test that I needed to complete before I went in for my interview. Some of my co-workers had two interviews and some where interviewed by two managers at the same time. Interviews were nothing to be stressed about, just look professional and understand basic Financial Aid stuff and you should do fine.

Question 1
If the Salary was okay for me, the pay is a lot lower than the pay for this position in other companies, but they hire people with no experience and give you up to a month of training.
