Inital phone interview (tell me about yourself and work) Then technical interview (knowledge about operating systems, linux, windows, troubleshooting) Then online personality exam and speedtest result last step is final interview but they ghosted me without any update despite follow ups

is was really easy , and the questions were fully related. but there were two people who gonna take ur interview. and the questions will be fully related with the job requirements and description.
