Sent my resume and a couple of programming assignments I did at uni. Got invited to an interview for a different project from the one advertised as that was already filled. Interview with two people: main manager and a junior engineer from the same uni. Was given the tour of the office and then was given a very simple programming task with access to Google and unlimited time. Did it in about 40 minutes. Results confirmed by email and was given the offer.
