They hire through recruitment agency. hardly seen any one getting hired full time directly. First agency hr interview, behavioural and technical questions, then hiring manager/supervisor meeting, some technical, previous job experience based questions. If everything good, will get initial 3 months contract.

It was a entry level job. I was told there were 2 rounds of interview in a HR phone call. They only picked 2 people out of all applicants for 1st round, meeting manager and team member. I didn't get to the second round, so.. But the whole process was very speedy and transparent. They offered to provide feedback after I was informed that I didn't make it the 2nd round - highly appreciated.
