First round is Video interview, ask some questions about yourself. and then Written test, which basically is doing a research on your own. Finally a Presentation on your own reserve.

First HR interview to pre-screen. This is followed by 2 separate interviews. Questions aimed to understand experience listed on resume. It is not behaviorial interview. Mostly questions are framed to understand research skills and any specific industry experience.

After the first phone interview, the second was in person. Did some writing examples, but didn’t really seem like they took me seriously. The interview was with one manager, and she basically said I was too young and inexperienced. It was a strange interview.
