I applied company with the employee referral. The country manager was not informed well and he was unable to provide concrete information about the recruiting process. It took almost 3 months to get interviewed by the company. We had an interview for 1 and half hours. I could say that it was difficult but nice interview with development director. Unfortunatelly, they have changed their strategy with the market and decided not to hire somebody. The interview was very nice and challenging. But that's all- their recruiting process was completely disorganized and disrespectful to the candidate.
