I think that after two interviews and a promise to share results within a week, they owe their applicants a response. (If you have HR capacity to keep posting, scheduling and interviewing for dozens of openings at a time, you should be able to send a quick rejection email.) For interviews, be sure to research their peer review processes well and the ways they different teams interact (available on their website). The interviews themselves were STAR-based, but they really delved deep into answers, so be sure choose examples accordingly. There were also two scenario-based questions related to prioritization and conflict resolution. Focus on target-driven work. These were challenging interviews, but I appreciated that the interviewers were really listening and responding to my responses.
