I had 5 rounds of one on one virtual interviews. The interview process seems quite biased against minority candidates or black immigrants such as myself. I answered all questions suitably. Even the hiring manager thinks I am overqualified and his tone of language sounds very discriminatory. All interviewers are white and I have doubts about diversity within the company I never got any feedback from both the recruiter (Black American) and the hiring manager after several emails and follow-ups.

Why are you interested in the position? What are your main achievements supporting a CTO organization? Why you would want to join the team given that you are a Partner
