Rep Called and asked me to come in next day for "group" interview. Waited for 30 minutes for interviewer - sat down to take CB test with 2 other candidates. Once that was completed we had "The Apprentice" type of interview.

Question 1
I have never actually interviewed with other applicants before. This was a new process to me. The questions asked were typical - what was interesting was that you found yourself comparing your answers to the other applicants to get a gauge on who would get hired. I felt pretty confident in my answers but sympathy towards the others. I wonder if this has been a usual practice and I just have not been involved in such an interview.
