They started with a video recording interview. Then we received an invite for a group in-person meeting that was held in Denver. They made us pay for our own hotel and food, as well as immediate car transportation to the interview. There were about 100 people there. The interview was split into two rounds. After the first round, about a quarter of the applicants were asked to leave. Every one of the remaining applicants received an offer, though we were not told so unti another 4 hours of a lady running around screaming about basketball, her cat, and Jannett Jackson. It was enjoyable entertainment basically. We all had to take a urine test upon accepting the offer. I was expecting to start training in less than 6 weeks, but they told me months later I would not be able to attend training until the end of the year (about 10 months after the offer, at the earliest). Turns out their training is based on location, not on offer date. Basically they wasted everyones time, who was not a part of the initial trainings. They expected everyone to just sit around and wait. And to add insult to injury, training was not paid. And of course, if you actually get the job, you only earn about 75% of the national average income.
