Not very difficult, but every part of the interview process is a test. From the personality assessment, to the flight to the face2face. There is a lot of strategy to the way that they do things and you need to put your absolute best foot forward. You’re always being watched, and listened to so watch what you say and HOW you say it. Overall, the interview process wasn’t HARD, but you will need to think on your toes. There’s about 3 rounds of interviews during the F2F. And it’s a long day. The longer you’re there, the better. Because they will pick people off 1 by 1, as well as in large groups. Make sure you read emails THOROUGHLY, and follow every direction you’re given, not the ones you THINK you heard. And if you’re unsure about something, PLEASE ask for clarity. It’s not worth a slip up to get sent home.
