Initial interview with General Manager of Station. 2nd interview with Regional Manager. Final interview with VP of Customer Service. Interview questions were typical and specifically focused on Leadership style and objectives.

I have interviewed for this position before and got the same interview. They read their questions from a piece of paper and the questions never change. They have the usual behavior questions and some situations. You can tell the are going through the motions and know that the next level manager has all the hiring power,
