After submitting my resume, first there was a very short phone interview which at the end I was asked to come to Denver for an in person interview. Arriving in Denver the in person interview was basically an invite only hiring event, there were over 100 people there. I got there about 30 minutes before the event was supposed to start to get familiar with the location. We were split up into smaller groups and from there went through three different rooms with different interview activities, reading a script out loud, a physical demonstration and a 2 on 1 face to face interview. After everyone went through all 3 we were called out into the hallway by small groups then either the whole group would be offered the position or be sent home. If you were offered the position you were given paperwork and a drug test the same day.
