I applied online and got an interview to do a phone interview (you must have your passport with you for the phone interview). The phone interview was really easy and at the end of it I was offered to do a face to face interview in Denver Colorado. Frontier pays for your flight down and back home, but they do not pay for your hotel or anything else, and some people ended up staying two days because they didn't get put on a flight home until the day after the interview. The face to face interview was a whole lot of just sitting around waiting for your turn to interview, don't play on your phone, don't even bring it with you! I only made it through the first of three interviews, but the first one I was only asked two questions and they were both situational.
