I thought the process was average. I applied online and a couple weeks later received a phone call for a phone screen. After the phone screen, they scheduled a second phone screen call. During the second phone call, they invited me to Denver for an interview. The in-person experience was fair. It was a half day, which was nice. And they let you know then if you get an offer or not. I didn't think the interview was difficult - I think it was more of whether you were a fit or not. I did not receive an offer but I thought the overall experience was valuable in going forward with my journey in becoming a flight attendant.
