No interview process or clear expectations. Unorganized at best, horrible experience for a high schools first job. I would never, ever recommend Front Range Recreation to any friend or enemy. Shame on the owner of the company that doesn't step up to make it a better experience for their young employees.

On the phone interview, talking to manager, asked about experience and why I wanted to have this job, very polite, in the spring before summertime, different managers for each person's interview, answered all of my questions afterwards
