We invest a lot of time into our recruitment process and we always welcome feedback to help us to continue to improve the process.
Our interview process is rigorous, including several stages. This is done for two reasons. First, to allow us to fully assess candidates suitability, and second, to provide candidates with a strong overview of FPA, the duties and responsibilities that will be involved, our goals and ambitions for the future and where candidates could potentially fit. As with any job, before anyone commences work at FPA, individuals sign a legally binding contract, which clearly outlines company policies, procedures and the remuneration package.
