A Front recruiter reached out to me and we had a pleasant conversation. I could tell they are very intentional with how they hire by asking thoughtful questions and being honest about where their team was in the process. I spoke with the Hiring Manager and was rejected soon afterwards. However, given that they apparently already had a candidate in final stages, I took this as a sign they had moved forward with them. I appreciate the honesty.
