2 stage process with 1st stage being a “getting to know you” interview. No follow up to 1st stage after over 1 month since interview despite multiple emails and phone calls to follow up. Salary well below the market standard, approximately 20% below for this and similar roles, expecting shift work without paying a shift supplement. No enhanced overtime rates either. Overall very poor experience and a very unprofessional approach taken by the company.
