You have a online assessment followed by an onsite interview. You will be issued a “suitcase test” that consist of four troubleshooting scenarios. It includes being able to wire a motor for 480V, measuring 4-20 mA, setting a photoelectric eye, and wiring a loose wire using a schematic wiring diagram. You have to pass 3 out 4 test.
