It was an casual conversation held at the restaurant. They talked a lot about the benefits of working at Fresh and what they expect. It sounded really good at the beginning. They also asked a lot of customer service related questions. They honestly asked a lot more than the usual job interview which I thought was slightly intimidating but it went well.

The interview was quite relaxed and casual. It is important to be friendly and personable for a front of house position. Also, demonstrate your capacity to be inclusive and calm under pressure.
