I interviewed at FDG last year, My in-person meeting with the CEO was about 30 minutes, CEO gave me the opportunity to talk about my past work, projects and coding experiences.

Entretien
Very easy personality questions. They just want to see if your not mentally handicapped. These losers would hire a monkey. If you show up drunk and naked there's still a pretty good chance you'll pass. Best part is the CEO gives the interviews, so you can see first hand how pathetic management is. If you're in the mood to laugh, ask them lots of questions after the interview and count how many times they use the word "social media".
