It's not what you know, it's who you know! I didn't go through a formal interview, I had been in the industry a long time and know most of the management. There was an extensive test online to take prior to on boarding and the usual drug and background check.

Interview process was great, answered all of my questions, and were open and honest about expectations. Recruiter was personable, but do not think that she really knew what was all involved with the job. Recruiter should be trained more on the job details

Screening Interview, Panel Interview, Interview with RVP. Took over 2 months no communication with upper management regarding process. Expected to manage clinic without current manager while they take their time making a decision with no compensation.
