Phone interview, then a one on one, drug test hair and urine sample, physical ability test at the Occupational Center. They also have you come to the plant prior to hiring to introduce you to the union.

we had to complete AIDT training then we were brought in for an interview. as a group we sat at a table and answered questions. most of the former service men were hired on the spot.
