Applied online, got an interview with one of the directors. 2nd round of interviews with CFO and the department team. The CFO was rude and unprofessional, told me point blank that she didn't read my 1 page resume. Conducted the entire interview in a very condescending tone. According to her the entire hiring process consisted of at least 3-4 rounds of interviews. You have to be "approved" by everyone working there to be considered one of the team. No objective tests were given, they either "like" you or you are not invited for the next round of interviews. Plus, each interviewer asks same types of questions.
The 2nd interview in the day (with the people in the accounting department) was laughable, again, no objective tests were given. I was interviewed by two very immature girls, standard copy/paste behavior type questions, the whole experience was pretty horrid.
The overall feeling for me that there was that 1) they didn't care about their candidates/workers, treating them badly 2) A lot of dysfunction in the company, lots of internal strife. 3) the CFO used to work at Arthur Anderson (Enron's auditing firm), that should give you some idea at the quality of leadership at this company.
Bottom line: Having a "type A" personality doesn't give you the right to be condescending and inconsiderate toward others.
