Submitted the application for summer intern at September online. The company usually post the opening around September for the summer intern. I applied for several location. Received the phone call from HR after one month to set the phone interview. I was interviewed by three engineer in the plant. They provided the offer after two days. No onsite interview for intern. After they provide the offer, The HR contacted me for the background check and drug screen. Start the intern at May.

I got the interview through my university. The interview was done by a technical personal. He just went through my resume and asked questions about it. He did not ask any behavioral questions. They were very interest about my computer skills and what type of software I was familiarized with.
