Second interview was a digital interview after screening. Never heard back and posting was “cancelled”. The digital interview is prerecorded questions that are asked and you record your answers for someone to review.

Sumbitted application and then received a request the next day to do a 15 minute one way interview. I refuse to par take in one interviews. They are awkward and demeaning. Show you care about prospective employees by having an actual human interact with them for 15 minutes. I hope other people join in on boycotting these silly HR requirements.

Applied online in early-mid December. Phone screening interview and application sent to HR mid december. early january received a phone interview with 3 GIS specialists and Manager. Received offer 4 days later.
